RESERVATION POLICY
The Check-in at 3PM (15:00)
Check-out at 12PM (12:00)
Must be 18 or older to book a room.
Please note that for security purposes, you will be required to provide valid local ID or a passport at check-in.
GUARANTEE POLICY
Reservation must be backed by a major credit card at the time of booking and a valid credit card must be presented at time of check in for incidentals. For Regular Purchase reservations, we will not charge your card until time of departure. For Advanced Purchase reservations, your card will charged at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please let us know by 3PM Panama time 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date if you need to cancel. If we don’t hear from you by 3PM the day before you're due to check in, we’ll charge your credit card for one night's room rate and tax. For Advance Purchase reservations, we’re unfortunately unable to refund your stay at any time, regardless of changes to your plans.
ADVANCED PURCHASE RESERVATION POLICY
Advance Purchase reservations require full pre-payment at the time of booking. Once booked, they cannot be canceled, amended or refunded. We thank you for your understanding.
PET POLICY
We charge $25 per night for pets under 25 lbs.
MAXIMUM ROOM OCCUPANCY
In certain rooms, 3 adults are allowed. $35 per rollaway bed/night

SMOKING POLICY
All rooms are completely non-smoking. If you smoke inside the hotel room we will charge a $250 smoking fee to your credit card on file, including any taxes.
